Written and recorded in January of 2008, this piece is for SATB choir. However, on this recording, I am singing all of the parts (which explains the weak soprano section!) The poem that I set was written by John Bradley and included in a set of poems called "Science as a Mechanism of Exclusion." The essence of the poem is an account of a fight between an owl and a cat, and two philosophically different ways of interpreting that event.
